We are three local family physicians with roots in Marin County. We trained at UCSF and started Marin Family Medicine to bring back primary care that’s personal, accessible, and transparent. A flat monthly fee covers visits, calls, texts, and preventive care with your doctor—no copays, no hidden charges, no insurance hassles.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model that brings healthcare back to its roots: a close, ongoing relationship between you and your doctor.
Instead of billing insurance for every visit, patients at Marin Family Medicine pay a simple monthly fee that covers all your primary care needs. This allows us to spend more time with you, offer same- or next-day appointments, and focus on personalized, unhurried care that truly supports your health and well-being.

*Adults also pay a one-time $1,000 initiation fee — it covers the careful review of your medical history and the preparation that goes into your first visit. There’s no initiation fee for kids.
